I feel this is the best place in Laredo to come if your having issues with your vehicle. Employees are professional and sometimes the wait time is long, but it makes sense for how busy they are. I have brought my vehicles here many times since moving to Laredo and I will not go anywhere else. Keep up the good work you all!

Edgar was Awesome and his client Experience was Amazing. Give this Brother a raise. He was very patient and sent us about 15 emails with quotes for tires and answered many questions. We also had a coolant flush few weeks ago He showed me the dirty red sand coolant. We will return to this location for future auto needs.Thank you!

Poor, they have a new guy, a young guy, you can sense the bad service since you see him, had the place on a pedestal, this time, they smeared oil all over the engine, I cleaned about an ounce or two off and what I got home there was a lot of smoke due to the dripping oil on the engine. Call and requested to speak to a manager, he denied it and said they were not there when I had seen them there several minutes before, it was about 3PM, they had to be there.

My mother took her older vehicle for repairs and was quoted repair of $2K and expected it to take a month or two. They ended up taking four months and charging my elderly mother over $4K (after needing to replace wires they damaged, also said they needed to remove the engine, which afterwards the engine screws hadn't been moved). The car still doesn't drive well losing power after their "repairs." At this point my mother doesn't trust their skill level and needs to get rides from family members. I live out of town, and feel this location took advantage of her and would not recommend them to anyone!

High Quality Repair Service. Very educated service advisors. They are honest and have a lot of loyal customers, but its worth the wait to drop off your vehicle for repair and pick it up later that day or the next day or longer depending on the level of service needed. Everything is exceptional and so much better than any other auto repair, tire & lube shop in Laredo! Go see them for your next set of tires, oil change and a/c service!
